Public MCC presets backed by pinned RoModularBuild profiles.

MCC provides native Windows, macOS, and Linux presets plus AVR-GCC and GNU Arm Embedded profiles. The public preset names and MCC_* options live in this repository. Compiler, generator, and generic cross-toolchain mechanics are inherited from the pinned tools/RoModularBuild submodule.

A preset is usable only when the required compiler toolchain and a compatible Foundation package or source fallback are available. See Shared Build Infrastructure for the ownership boundary.
