Validate MCC exactly as an independent downstream project uses it.

The package consumer test performs a Release export, configures the isolated project in tests/PackageConsumer, builds it using only MCC::MCC, and runs it. The consumer intentionally calls Foundation::Math::GCD without linking Foundation::Foundation directly. This verifies both parts of MCC's public dependency contract:

• MCCConfig.cmake locates Foundation with find_dependency().
• MCC::MCC propagates Foundation headers and link requirements.

Use --foundation-prefix or -FoundationPrefix when Foundation is not in the sibling ../Foundation/dist/<preset> location. This workflow is for runnable desktop presets; cross-compiled packages are validated separately.
