Detailed Description

Frequencies of written pitches under an explicit tuning.

MCC::Tuning fixes the frequency of one reference pitch (standard: A4 = 440 Hz), and MCC::EqualTemperament derives the frequency of any MCC::Pitch from it. This is the only MCC module that uses float (SPEC-EMB-4); embedded builds that do not need frequencies can disable it with MCC_TUNING=OFF. Requires the Pitch module.
